HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Our preferred method is to order by email. Email orders allow us to avoid mistakes with what is ordered, where it’s being shipped, any upgrades required and allows for the highest accuracy. Full name, phone number and address are required for all shipments, or a request for pick up can be made.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY TERM?

Our standard warranty is 45 days. We offer 1, 2 or 3 year depot warranties as well. All warranty pricing and terms are listed at the bottom of the price list. If a working machine is returned between day 8 and 45, we charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

WILL MY PC HAVE AN OPERATING SYSTEM AND MS OFFICE INSTALLED?

Systems listed with W10P or W11P will come licensed and loaded. If no OS is listed, the machine will be blank, but Windows 10 Pro can be purchased for $35 with a new genuine license and a load. You’re also welcome to take delivery of the machine without an OS and can load your own. We do not supply any other software (i.e., Microsoft Office, antivirus software, etc.)

DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

Absolutely! Every day, we have multiple couriers’ pickup at our location. FedEx, Purolator, GLS Express and LTL common carriers pick up daily for shipments across Canada. We can ship to the US and overseas, but for bulk orders only.

IN WHAT CONDITION ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our Bauer Refurbished products will display overall very good to excellent cosmetic condition. Some Grade A units will be cosmetically excellent while others may have light scuffs or other minor blemishes. Some laptops may exhibit some shiny areas around the keyboard, but the keyboard keys themselves will be in great condition. Grade A laptops will ship with a good working battery and AC adapter. “Retail Ready” units will be individually boxed and loaded with Windows and all drivers. They are cosmetically pristine, like-new.

IS THERE AN AFTER HOURS PICKUP?

In extreme instances, we can arrange for a weekend pickup.
